Im prime but a mostly apple user. The prime stick and app BLEW my mind for value. I wish I could watch my iTunes music and movies on the Amazon device. Also wish apple had something like the Echo. Amazon is pushing me closer with such a great cheap device.

Ive had the fire stick about 35 days and the remote quit working. Ive tried to "pair" the remote again but have had no luck. Yes, Ive replaced the batteries, too. Im about ready to return the firestick and cancel the service

Ive temporarily lost my remote...lol. So I downloaded this until it turns up. It is a life saver and works the same as the real deal!

I love the Fire TV stick, but the remote is crap. Ive had to resort to using my phone as the remote because, as of today, TWO Fire remotes have stopped working for no apparent reason.

I just picked up my first ever Fire TV. While the remote is pretty simple to use, its nice using the phone instead of feeling the remote buttons when its dark. Its pretty slick that you can use he phone track pad to slide the video forward and backwards, and tap anywhere on the screen to pause. I have to get accustomed to the clicking sound when going through selections. But you can go through videos by scene! Anyway, if youre curious about the app. You wont be disappointed! Nice job Amazon! Im glad I got rid of my Apple TV & replaced it with Amazon Fire TV.

I have Appletv and the two are very similar. Will have to say Appletv is a little easier to navigate.

I absolutely love this whole feature of Amazon. I can use the remote that came with it or I can use my iPhone. This is a wonderful way to watch TV shows, movies, documentaries, basically anything you can think of. I also like the fact that it sends emails several times a week letting me know what is coming soon.

I have kids. Kids to whom I ask, " Wheres the remote?!" And they respond, "I dont know!" This wonderful app relieves some of the frustration in finding a remote when I want to watch tv and the kids dont know where the remote is. Now if the app could actually find the physical remote, that would be sweet :) Thank you to the awesome team that created this awesome app.
